You never owe Ferafied installments; if you pay over time, a regulated consumer lender carries the plan. We will never call a grieving family about money.
At-need retail merchandise only · no preneed sales · Fla. Stat. ch. 497For documented financial hardship, the complete kit is $195 — same tag, same serial, same certificate, same moment. A simple attestation at arrangement is enough; we do not ask a family in grief for paperwork beyond it.
We use the same need standard Florida counties already use for their programs: household income at or up to about 125% of the federal poverty guidelines, or current enrollment in a need-based program (Medicaid, SNAP, SSI). If the county standard would recognize your need, so do we.

Ferafied donates kits into county-assisted cremations through the funeral homes that serve them, at no cost to the family or the county.

In every Florida county, ask the funeral home or county human services about the indigent disposition program before signing any private arrangement — county assistance is a payor of last resort and generally cannot apply after a private contract is made.
